Introduce
Super Adventure Island II (高橋 名人 の 大 険 島, Takahashi Meijin no Daibōken Jima Tsū, "Master Takahashi's Great Adventure Island II") is a Super NES video game by Hudson Soft. Unlike most previous games, it is a platform with action-adventure elements that encourage exploration, similar to the later Wonder Boy games.
Super Adventure Island II places players on a separated world map on different islands. Each person has different items and equipment, some of which can be used to access other areas on other islands to make progress.
On the world map, players travel by raft at sea. While on a map and like in some role-playing games, enemies can attack randomly, which changes the game from a different perspective (in this case, a secondary scrolling machine), where Players must defeat the enemy or flee the area by going to one side of the speaking area.
When the player accesses an island or a secret area, the game will switch to side scrolling view. In this mode is where the main game takes place.
