The Pokemon Company and developers ILCA and Game Freak have revealed new information, trailers and visuals for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl showcasing Team Galactic, Gym Leaders, Legendary Pokemon and Sinnoh's Three Lakes.

The Boss and Commanders of the Mysterious Team Galactic
As players explore Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl, they will cross paths with friends and opponents.
- Cyrus and Weavile - A charismatic character that dominates Team Galactic. Cyrus always speaks and acts with a calm, reasonable attitude. He abhors the human mind and emotions, seeing them as flawed.
- Mars and Purugly - Mars is a strong-willed commander who hates to lose and has sworn allegiance to Cyrus. Her passion for Pokemon sometimes inspires strong emotional outbursts. Her partner Pokemon is Purugly.
- Jupiter and Skuntank - Jupiter has a mysterious aura about her. She's certainly skilled in Pokemon battles, but she's willing to do anything — even steal other people's Pokemon — to achieve her goal. Her partner Pokemon is Skuntank.
- Saturn and Toxicroak - Saturn is a cold and collected commander. Despite being one of the few who occasionally doubted Cyrus' plans, Saturn was cold and courageous enough to faithfully carry out his orders. His partner Pokemon is Toxicroak.
The Strongest Pokemon Trainers in Town: Gym Leaders
- Candice and Abomasnow - Snowpoint City's Gym Leader Candice uses Ice-type Pokemon, with Abomasnow commanding her team. Known as Diamond Dust Girl, she is a passionate Trainer who truly emphasizes the value of focus.
- Volkner and Luxray - Gym Leader Volkner of Sunyshore City uses Electric-type Pokemon, with Luxray at the head of his team. He was said to be the strongest Gym Leader in the Sinnoh region, but he became bored with the lack of tough challengers, so he spent his time constantly remodeling the Gym.
Legendary Pokemon Uxie, Mesosterone and Azelf
These 3 legendary Pokemon appear in the mythology of the Sinnoh region. According to the people of Sinnoh, Uxie is the Substance of Knowledge, Mesosterone is the Substance of Emotions, and Azelf is the Substance of Will. How will this Pokemon join your adventure?
The Three Lakes represent the Sinnoh region
Sinnoh has 3 lake filled with water: Lake Acuity, Lake Verity and Lake Valor. Legendary Pokemon are said to sleep at the bottom of these lakes.
Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl will launch on Nintendo Switch on November 19 globally.
