Publisher Clouded Leopard Entertainment and developer Falcom announced the Nintendo Switch version of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel will launch on July 8, 2021 in Japan and Asia, followed by a Nintendo Switch version of The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II on August 5, 2021. Each game will support Japanese audio with Japanese, Korean and Traditional Chinese text.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel debuted for Sony PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in September 2013 in Japan, December 2015 in North America and January 2016 in Europe, followed by PC entry. August 2017 worldwide and Sony PlayStation 4 in March 2018 in Japan and March 2019 in North America and Europe.
The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II debuted for Sony PlayStation 3 and PS Vita in September 2014 in Japan, September 2016 in North America and November 2016 in Europe, followed by PC in February 2018 worldwide and Sony PlayStation 4 in April 2018 in Japan and June 2019 in North America and Europe.
