The Pokemon Company and Game Freak developer announced Pokemon Legends: Arceus will release for Nintendo Switch. The game will be released in early 2022.

Introduce
The joy of exploring while catching Pokemon and filling up a Pokedex has always been a core part of the Pokemon video game series. Pokemon Legends: Arceus was developed with the desire to provide an experience with new action and RPG elements beyond an established framework, while honoring the core gameplay of the titles. Pokemon before.
As Trainers explore the natural open areas in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, they will come across Pokemon that call these great sceneries home. To catch wild Pokemon, players can study Pokemon behavior, snoop on them, then throw Poke Balls. Players can also battle wild Pokemon with their Pokemon allies. By throwing a Poke Ball holding with their ally Pokemon near the wild Pokemon, players engage in battle seamlessly. This new angle is intended to provide Trainers with an immersive experience.
Pokemon Legends: Arceus brought Trainers to the vast Sinnoh region that had existed in the past, long before the setting for Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl was established. Rich in nature and central Mount Coronet, this is a Sinnoh unlike the region the Trainers experienced before when they embarked on creating the region's first Pokedex.
As they begin their adventure, Trainers will be able to choose Rowlet, Cyndaquil or Oshawott as their first partner Pokemon. These 3 Pokemon came along with a Professor of Pokemon, who met them on research excursions to different regions.

Cyndaquil, a shy Pokemon that often curls up in a ball, comes from the Johto region. The flame on its back flared up when it was surprised and could also be used to defend itself when attacked.
Oshawott

Weight: 13 lbs.
Type: Water
Oshawott is from the Unova region and has 1 scalchop on her stomach. It uses scalchop to retaliate for attacks and break open hard berries.
Arceus
Category: Alpha Pokemon
Height: 10’6″
Weight: 705.5 lbs.
Type: Normal
Arceus is said to have shaped all that is in this world.
