Nintendo has released a new trailer for Pikmin 3 Deluxe that showcases Pikmin - plant-like creatures that you'll collect and evolve to help explore the world and save your planet.

Grow an adorable, plant-like team of Pikmin to travel through a strange world and save your planet.
Command a plant capable of 5 different Pikmin varieties to strategically overcome obstacles, defeat creatures and forage for your famous home planet! You can even bring in a second player to split quests as you explore a world that looks bigger than life from a pint-sized perspective.
Pikmin at Your Pace
Get back to your ship before time runs out, otherwise you (and your Pikmin) could be in big trouble. If you prefer the more conventional approach, a bunch of difficulty settings, key targeting, and option hint have been newly added. With less pressure, you have more time to command your Pikmin strategy and gaze at the lush scenery.
Play Side-Story Missions, Head-to-Head Matches and More!
This Deluxe version of Pikmin 3 includes new sidequests featuring Olimar and Louie, the ability to play Story mode with a friend, and all the DLC stages from the original version. Feeling competitive? Enjoy head-to-head Bingo battles and online leaderboards for Mission mode.
3 brave adventurers land on the planet PNF-404 on a mission to find food for their starving home planet. After the crashed landing, these adventurers must work with Pikmin to reunite and complete their missions.
Steer, launch and evolve Pikmin with different abilities and powers - the winged Pikmin can fly, while the blue Pikmin can breathe underwater. By choosing the right Pikmin strategy for the current job and switching between the three captains (or teaming up with the second player), you can work effectively to collect fruit and grow your team Pikmin.
When you're not busy collecting fruit and saving your planet, try Mission mode to complete set requirements like defeating enemies or collecting items. Looking for some friendly competition? In Bingo Battle, you must use Pikmin to get the items on your bingo card before your opponent does.
With more options for cooperative play, settings that make it easy for beginners to start their Pikmin journey, new side stories and more, these little Pikmin is ready for the adventure their biggest.
Pikmin 3 Deluxe will launch on Switch on October 30, 2020.
