Publishers Koie Tecmo and Gust have postponed the release date of the Fairy Tail RPG game from March 19 to June 25 in Europe and Japan and June 26 in North America. The game will be available on Sony PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam.
Here's a message from producer Keisuke Kikuchi about the delay:
"I'm really sorry for the delay in the release of Fairy Tail game and the inconvenience caused to fans, partners and stakeholders who are looking forward to this game. Please allow us to spend more time to ensure the game is of the highest quality possible, so we can give you a truly engaging experience.
We will work hard to enhance magic effects, event scenes effects, improve in-game balance and more! We will talk about improvements in more detail in the coming months. This delay will allow us to guarantee you a much more satisfying game. Thanks for your understanding. "
