Producer Bethesda Softworks and ID Software announced the Nintendo Switch version of the horror game DOOM Eternal will launch through the Nintendo eShop on December 8, 2020.

Motion Aiming comes to DOOM Eternal on the Nintendo Switch, a control option that uses Joy-Con's built-in gyroscope. This option can be used in conjunction with traditional targeting using the same joystick for the perfect match of precision.
Players can also test their skills in BATTLEMODE, a two-on-one online multiplayer experience. The fully armed DOOM Slayer faces two player-controlled demons, fighting it in a best match in 5 match.
DOOM Eternal first launched Sony PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC through Steam and Bethesda.net, and Stadia on March 20. PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series versions are also scheduled for release.
